Set up an ManageMyStuff Account and receive your log on and account details.
On Receipt your pallets or boxes will be labelled as “(my Company Name)XDOC” and given a unique serial number which is bar-coded and attached to the goods
The pallets are scanned and put away and you will receive by a Email a goods receipt note informing you of the code, quantity received, location and serial number.
They are now visible on the MMS system using your account log in. From your online account you can check stock balances, movements and delivery details of current and past transactions. Or download to csv for excel if you prefer.
To request a call off, log on to MMS and place a stock order for your product code “(my Company Name)XDOC”, select your serial number from the list and request collection or arrange transport.
The MMS partner will then pick and ship your pallets as requested.
At the end of the month you will receive an invoice for the days of storage, goods transaction charges and any carrier or transport costs.

Send us your authorised users criteria (names, an account No, user ID etc)
Email or Telephone our business hours order desk or alternatively set up users against your ManageMyStuff account to enable on line ordering
When we receive your order we will Email the user to confirm order receipt .
When the order is shipped we Email the user with confirmation of Order, Products shipped, Carrier, Shipping Ref and the URL for tracking delivery.

When your customers have made online purchases and gone through your payment gateway, the order is automatically sent to our warehouses for picking, packing and shipping.
The MMS system will update your Ecommerce site with order acknowledgment, confirmation of shipping, tracking reference, carrier and carrier URL.
We can even integrate your online stock balance with your warehouse stock, no more stock outs, no more double entry of stock and when we receive top up stock we automatically add it to your Ecommerce site.
